Appointed by the Radyr & Morganstown Council to review and improve the facilities within their existing building, the completed project includes a new central entrance allowing access to each of the existing halls without having to pass through another room, new welfare and disabled facilities, a new first floor level function room and lots of separate stores, for each of the separate users. 

The design of the new building follows that of earlier works and provides versatile accommodation which is used by regular and occasional users of all ages, throughout the each, week, month and year.
