Purchased by the clients as a semi-detached property in need of attention the works included refurbishing the original main dwelling, whilst altering and extending the rear annexe accommodation to create a large open kitchen/dining area with a bedroom/study and bathroom above.
A new Utility Room and Cloakroom have been formed within the original hall area and a uniform appearance provide through the use of new oak doors and uniform decorations.
The lean too pitched roof between the original first floor level annexe block and the site boundary create height within the new kitchen area and the rooflights together with the full width glazed screens ensure that all of the new accommodation is flooded with natural light.
