An alteration and extension project in Radyr, Cardiff. The project included a single storey kitchen and sun lounge extension linking the two sides of the original property together, and a loft conversion accessed via a new feature stair.
Natural light is provided into the new and existing rooms via a mixture of roof-lights, roof glazing and a feature window. Whilst light coloured finishes maximise natural light within the property.
The completed arrangement has transformed how the owners use their home and provided a direct link to their remodelled garden.
